OVERVIEW

The Transformation Institute operates the annual Transformation Awards program. Since 2010, the program has identified and honoured role models who become mentors for the Crossover Mentorship Program, which includes the Phenomenal Women and the Men Of Distinction initiatives, which prepared mentors for youth and more. All initiatives take into cognizance, the necessity of collective impact and cultural identity in ensuring lasting change. Also since 2010, the institute has staged the Diversity Expo, which has advanced harmony and productive citizenship while integrating new immigrants. To commemorate Canada’s 150th anniversary since confederation, it sought to activate the Canada 150 Leadership & Innovation Legacy project, which includes a coffee table book, broadcast and print media content, among other elements. The Fellowships and the Transformation Lecture Series (TLS) involve highly accomplished leaders and innovators. The Change Seminars and Workshops enable the sharing of data, best practices and the setting of new benchmarks for success. Other organizations can book experts from the institute. Envision Canada utilizes media and other platforms to showcase success stories.
